He is currently a professor of European law and competition policy at the Catholic University of Valencia, where he heads the Institute of European Studies which has been selected and recognized by both the European institutions and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Generalitat Valenciana.

He has worked in the universities of Valencia, Alcalá de Henares, Francisco de Vitoria, Miguel Hernández de Elche, Unite, Alicante and both in-person and on line (OBS group) and in the areas of European competition policy, EU externalaction, International development cooperation among other subjects.

For the last three years he has been a member of Andersen Tax and legal, international law firm where he develops his professional advice in European competition law. He has been recognized as Best lawyer in European law in the years 2017 and 2018.

He is currently the honorary consul of Sweden in Valencia and delegate of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce. He is part of the Group of Experts of the European Commission Team Europe, and is a member of the National Board of the Spanish European Movement, as well as vice president of the Circle Via Jeffersson. He was a professor at the Catholic University of Managua and an international observer in the presidential elections of the Republic of Nicaragua as well as a conference consultant in Central America with the help of the German foundation Frederich Nauman.
